The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within
the Liberty of Westminster
in the County aforesaid.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals of

Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty Eighth day of August
last
Elizabeth Bailey< no role >
Widow
was Removed and Conveyed from and
out of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields within the Liberty of
Westminster
aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Anne as the Place
of her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this Court
against the Adjudication of the said two Justices and their
said Order. And pray that the Benefit of this Appeal may
be saved to the Petitioners and that the hearing and determining
thereof be Adjourned to the next Session of the Peace to be
holden in and for this County.
