Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex at the Sessions's House on
Clerkenwell Green on Monday the thirteenth
day of September in the Twenty fourth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens [..]
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex Have
Notice of the within Appeal , and they and all Persons concerned
do attend the Court on Thursday the Sixteenth instant at 9
a Clock in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of the said Court touching the
said Appeal
