That about 28 Years ago he lived with one Mr. Kirkwell a Peruke Maker
in Hampstead
in the Co: of Middx
as a Yrly hired Servant
for the Space of
12 Months at the Yrly Wages of £10 & that he hath not Committed or done any
Act to gain a Settlement elswhere suice his said Service & that he was
lawfully Marrd. to his Present Sarah at Clerkenwell
in the Month
of June last past
The Appellant mention in their Petitions Sarah < no role >
said to be his Wife and
therefore it is presumed that in fact they have not been married or
that the Pauper had a Prior Wife
living and if so the Appeal as the
Wife must be Allowed and the Order as to the Husband confirmed
