The Court to be cleaned
and tentilated.}
It is Ordered that the House keeper do take care that the Court every
Morning and Evening before and after the sitting of the Justices be
thoroughly Swept and Cleaned and Sprinkled with Vinegar and duly
Ventilated by having all the Window's and Doors left open

Resolved that a Committee be appointed to Consider the Rights of the
County to levy the County Rate within the Liberty of the Tower
of London and
the proper made of enforcing the Payment of it and that

A Report from the Committee appointed in February Session last
to revise the Tables of fees which have been delivered to the Keeper of New
Prison
at Clerkenwell
and the Governor
of the House of Correction
there
being presented to this Corert and read A Motion was made that
the said Report be referred back to the said Committee for further Consideration
and that the said Committee do also Consider the usage and propriety of
receiving persons in the said prison without Commitment under the
denomination of Night Charges and Report their Opinion thereon and the
same being agreed to was Resolved accordingly
