his majesty's Justices of the peace for this County in their Quarter
Sessn of the peace holdenassembledin the month of April last
assembled and in case such Church wardens Overseers
of the poor or any of them shall neglect or refuse to pay
much [..] and sums of money so assessed as aforesaidafter
[..] the said respectivesuch High Constables do being the came by distress
and [..] the goods & chattels as such Churchwarden & Overseers
or either of them confusing a neglecting to pay the same
as aforesaid according to the directions in the said out contd.

The order of the day being called for vizt to take into
This Court having proceeded to thefurther consideration of
the Report from the Commer appd in feby Session last to
take into on 1st. the buildg a new House of Correction in a

that in pursuance of the orders of Court of last sessions to
had put thegiven which byletter to each of his Majts. every gentle Justices of the peace
