A Report from the Commee appointed in February Session
to Revise the Tables of Fees which have been delivered to the
Keeper of New Prison at Clerkenwell and the Governors
Wh House of Correction then being presentedto [..] to this
Court and reced a mother was made that the laid
Report be referred back to the said Committee for further
considn. and that the said committer do also consider
the usage & properity of receiving ofNight what are calledpersons in the said Persons without
Committment [..] under the do nomination of Night
Charges and report their opinion thereof and the same
being agreed to was [..] accordingly

It appearing unto this Court by the examination of several of
the High Constables of and for this County that they have
duly made demand of such sums of money aswhichby
an order of the Court of Quarter Session for this County made in the
month of April last (they were required to pay within their re [..]
divisions) (made and by virtue of and Act of Pt made a passed
in the 12th year of the Roger of his Cute Majesty R G. the 2d.
intitled [..] but that the said sums of money have not Yet been
paid unto them; and great inconveniences writing therefrom St
in ordered that the Respective High Constables of the repectives Hundred & div [..] of this do forthwith on
eight hereof made demand to writing of the Church wardens and overseers
of the poor or other proper persons of the Parishes and places within their respecive. divers
Hundreds or dividns. such sum [..] of money as hasshall havebeen respectively
