Know all Men ny these presents that I the within named K Johnson
by virtue of the power to me given in and by the within mentioned Act of Parliamt.
and for and in Conson of the Sum of £10. of lawful money of Great Britain to me in

John Squire< no role > This name instance is in set 3859. of Oxford market in the parish of Saint Mary le Bone
fields in the County of Middlesex Tallow Chandler the Receipt whereof I do hereby
in the County of Middlesex Butcher
Acknowledge Have granted bargained Sold Assigned Transferred and Set over
and by these presents Do grant bargain Sell Assign Transfer and set over
unto the said Thomas Bunny< no role > (John Squire< no role > This name instance is in set 3859. ) as well the within Certificate as also all Right
Title Interest property benefit Claim and demand of me the said Richard Johnson< no role > (William Smith< no role > ) and

every respect as I myself could or ought to have held and enjoyed if this present
