Josiah Swibson< no role > of the Gun in Norton Street Patland Chapel
in the Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the County of Middlesex Victualler
make Oath that at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace held
this County he attended this Honorable Court together with one William
Green
< no role > of Norton Street abovementioned and then and there became Bail for
the appearance of the above named Defendant at this Present Session to try
his Traverse and this Deponent Saith that on Account of the absence of
Material Witness on behalf of the above Defendant he has no objection
with Case of this Honorable Court to continue such Bail on the said
Recognizance till the next Session and this Deponent further saith that
the said William Green< no role > has no objection likewise to continue Bail for the
above Defendant till the next Session
