Auttofrd Shr.
Janry 16th. 1784

Sir

Having had some little concern in a Motion made
in the Couch yesterday and not being quite satisfied with the
manner in which it was last I have inclosed a sketh of
what appears to me better calculated to answer the intended
purpose, and, in case the business should again be broughton,
I have to beg the favor of you to submit, with the greatests
difference, these my sentiments to the Chairman and to
the Courts.

I am Sir
Yours most Obeedt. Hble Sern.
