It is Ordered that the Room near the Subtall now in the
use of the House Keeper be appropriated for the Witnesses
attending the Grand Jury during the time of this Sitting in Session and
that the House Keeper do take care to have a proper
for in the said Room during the said time.

Mr. Gill who was ordered to attend this Court to shew
cause they he did not personally

This Court being informed that Mr. Thomas Gibbes< no role >
Surgeon and Apothecary to New Prison at the Clerkenwell
and the House of Correction there did not personally attend the said prisons being
now here present was called in [..] and having stated
that his son who is a Surgeon duly attended for him
and that there ever moved changical was as every
the prisoners then of a medical Nature observed his
to Might be permitted to [..] give on out of this attendance
and afore directy and Mr. Thomas Gibbes Junior being
present after keeping optained the nature of his
attendance informed the Court that
