That it is the Opinion of this Committee
founded on the Testimoney of the Session & [..]
that George Wind< no role > died through [..] neglect
of the Keeper of the House of Correction
at Clerkenwell and that the Surgeon did every
thing in his power to relieve this Duty

That it is the opinion of this Correction
founded on the Testimoney of the Surgeon and
others that George Wind< no role > died through Neglect
Carried in the Affirmation

That it be recommended to the General
Session of the Peace for this County on the
next County Day to consider what Punishment
it well to proper to exfliet on the Keeper of
the House of Correction for such Neglect
Carried in the Affirmative.
