To His Majesty's Justice of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace
Assembled

The Petition and Appeal of the Churchward
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Old
Swinford in the County of Worcester

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removal under the hands and
Seals of Edward Burnaby Greens < no role > and Henry Lambe< no role > Esquires two of His
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 8th. day of October last Elizabeth
Johnston
< no role > the wife of Samuel Johnston< no role > who hath deserted and left her and
Ann their Daughter aged about two Years and an half were removed and
Conveyed from and out of the parish of Kensington in the County of
Middlesex to the said parish of Old Swinford in the County of Worcester by
the description of the Parish of Swinvert in the County of Worcester as the place of their last legal Settlement
whereby Your petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Day
Your Worships to appoint some day in this
present Session to hear and determine the said
Appeal and to Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Kensington
and all persons concerned attend the Court at
the said hearing

And Your Petitioners as in duty bound will pray Etc
