Grace Leavers< no role >
named in the annexed Pass Warrant, apprehended
by the Beadle and brought
before me, one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex .

Who upon Oath saith, That She was born in the Parish of Sheerness
in the Count of Rent where her Father John Leavers< no role > heretofore rented a
house & was Charged to & paid Poor Rates for the Same That She this
Examinant was never Marred nor ever did any Act to gain a Settlement
in her own right.
