Resolead thatIt being propered to Messr. Hayen
childred, Sting Charter a Woods
that his Majesty Justices of the peace will pay
the purchase Money by the following instalments
vizt. £400 ontakinghaving possession of the Garden Ground
£400 man in six months after such possession as
aforesaidand £800 the remainder of the purchase
money ontakinghaving possession of the remaining part
of the premises the said terms were agreed to,

Resolved that the terms to be proposed to Hartwright
be as follows Viz to give him £50 to quit at It was next
