Susanna his Wife (then Susanna Ellis< no role > ) were in the
14 of September 1783 mamed by Licenceby registered to bewith consent of
parents in the Parish Church of Enfield Middx

That in Account of both the Pauper William Parker< no role >
Junr . [..] Susanna his Wife being then Miners such Licenc [..]
was obtained by the Consents of William Parker< no role > [..]
called in such Licence the natural and Lawful Father
of the sd William Parker< no role > him: and of James Ellis< no role > the
natural and lawful Father of the Pauper Susanna

That the said William Parker< no role > [..] :did at the time
of giving such Consent for obtaining such Licence maker
the usualanAffidavit before the proper Eeclesion streal Officer that
he was the Lawful and natural Father of William
Parker
< no role > the Younger

The said William Parker< no role > [..] gave Evidence
in Court that the Pauper William Parker< no role > the younger turns his son but that he was never married to the said Sarah
the Mother of the said William Parker< no role > Junr.

The Court confined the Order of Removal subject to the Opinion
of the Court of Kings Bench or the following Question.
