Inn Field , For Dresser maketh Oath and Saith
that the abovenamed Defendant John Murssley< no role >
is now a Prisoner in his Majestys Goal of
Newgate charged with a Felony and has no Set
been Tryed for the said Offence which renders it
impossible for him to Surrender to take his Tryal on
the above Indictment And this Deponent further
Saith that he hath seen Frances McGuire< no role > and
Chris to ple Jordan the Defendants Bail who
consent that their Recognizance shall Land
respited till the next Sessions
