Maketh Oath and Saith That the said William Sharman< no role >
having
on the Eighteenth day of October last Assaulted and beated the It use and
of this Deponent; her said Husband obtained Warrant from William
Hyde< no role >
Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County
for the offence aforesaid Whereupon the said William Sharman< no role >
together with two other Persons Inlaid into certain Recognizance
before the said Magistrate to answer an Indictment to be preferred by
this Deponents said Husband at the present Session for the Assault
aforesaidand which is found a true BillAnd this Deponent
further saith that her said Husband hath this session accordingly
Indicted the said William Sharman< no role >
for such Assault and which
is found a true Bill: To which Indictment the said William
Sharman< no role >
hath not as yet appeared or pleaded as this Deponent
hath been informed and verily believes to be true
