Thomas Isaac< no role > of Clerkenwell Close in the County
of Middlesex Victualer and Walter Nicholls< no role > of Safforn
Hill in the Parish of Saint Andrews in the County
aforesaid Butcher Severally Make Oath and each
for himself saith And first this Deponent Thomas
Isacc Saith that he was bound over to appear at the
Old Baily and give Evidence at the Present
Session on two Several Indictments. against James

King and at the Same time was a Witness to give Evidan [..]
on a Bill of Indictment against the Above named
Defendant William Roull and he this Deponenent
in obediance to his Recognizance against the Said
William Row< no role > whenhe Instructed Mr. Johnson the Clerk
of the Indictment to draw the Indictment for him
on Wednesday last Since which he hath Several times
Inquired if Such Bill was drawn but by reason of
the Hurry of Business he could not obtain it untill friday
last about 4 of the Clock in the afternoon & when he applied
hashe had beenwas immediately to attend the Old Bailey on the
Cause aforesaid untill I a Clock Then he applied to be Sworn before the
Grand Jury he was informed the Grand Jury was discharged
and lastly this Deponent Walter Nicholls< no role > saith that
he attend every day during the Session for the same
Purpose of Finding the Bill and waiting for Thomas
Isaac
< no role > who was attending at the Old Bail and what
is set [..] forth in the Affidavit is Strictly true
