To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. george Bloomsbury in the said County.

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of David Wilmot< no role > and Charles Triquet< no role > Esquires two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County (one where of being of the Quorum)
[..] date the Thirteenth day of October instant Joseph Hardy< no role > Mary< no role > his
[..] and their three Children namely Mary< no role > aged Sixteen years Letitia< no role > [..] aged
[..] years and Elizabeth< no role > aged Nine years were removed and conveyed
[..] Court of the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the said County
[..] said Parish of St. George Bloomsbury as the place of their last legal
[..] whereby your Petitioners are as they conceive aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the Adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order And pray that your Worships
will be pleased to appoint a day in this present Session
for the hearing and determining their said Appeal
