Peace for the County of Middlesex in their Adjourned
Quarter Sessions of the Peace

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Churchwardens Overseers
of the Poor off the Parish of
Saint Paul Shadwell in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant
or Order under the Hands and Seals of John Staples< no role >
and Samuel Hawkins< no role > Two off his Majesties Justices
off the peace Acting in and for the said County of
Middlesex (One where off being of the Quorum)
bearing date 8th. day of October last Past Mary
Dolder
< no role > Wife of James Dolder< no role > (who is now at Sea and
her Infant Child) Vizt. (Jasper< no role > Aged about Five
Years were removed and Conveyed from and out off
the Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel in the said
County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
Paul Shadwell as the Place of the Last Legal
Settlement of the said Mary Dolder and her said Child

Your Petitioners conceive them
selves Aggrieved by the
Adjudication of the said Two
Justices and therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against
the same

And your Petitioners will ever pray
