and Appeal of the Church wardens
and Overseers of the Parish of Edmonton
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of David
Wilmot< no role > and Charles Friquet< no role > Esqrs two of his Majestys Justices of
Peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
[..] date the 2d. day of October last Susanna Parker< no role > the Wife of
[..] was removed and Conveyed from the Parish of Enfield
in the said County to the sd. Parish of Edmonton as the place of her
[..] legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved
[..] appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray this Court will please to appoint a
time for hearing & determining the said
Appeal And that all Persons concerned
may then attend
