To the Right Worshipful his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the county of Middlesex
in their general quarter Sessions of the
Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Andrew Undershaft London

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of Two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace acting in and for the city and Liberty of
Westminster in the said County of Middlesex (one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the eleventh
day of October instant Ann Lyon< no role > is removed from
the Parish of Saint James with in the Liberty of
Westminster in the county aforesaid to the said
Parish of Saint Andrew Under shaft as the place
of her last legal Settlement

the Appellants}


Your Petitioner there fore conceiving
themselves aggrieved by the Judgment
of the said Two Justices Do Humbly
appeal to this Court for such Relief
in the premises as to your Worships
shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
