To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St George Hanover square in
the said County

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Pass warrant or Order under the hand and seals of
[..] Kelly Esquires of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of
[..] date the 3d. day of October 1783 Sarah Mary Forster< no role >
[..] deceased was removed and conveyed from the
Parish of St. James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
[..] to the Parish of St. George Hanover square in the said County
[..] of the last legal settlement of the said Sarah Mary Forster
[..] by your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this
[..] against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray Relief in their
Premises and that a day in this present Session may be
appointed for the hearing and determination of the said
Petition and Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
