To the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Paul Covent-Garden , within the Liberty
of Westminster , in the County of Middlesex , and to the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the
County of Middlesex

WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto Us,
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting
in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid (One whereof being of t he Quorum) by the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Paul Covent-Garden , That William
Aram
< no role > with his three Children Vizt. Henry< no role >
aged Twelve years Hannah< no role > aged Ten
years and Clifford< no role > aged Eight years
hath
lately intruded, and come into the said Parish of Saint
Paul Covent-Garden , and are likely become Charge-
able to the same
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same
to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said William to be in the
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoredith in the
County of Middlesex .

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to require
you the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Paul Covent-Garden , on Sight
hereof, to remove and convey the said William Aram< no role >
and his sd. three Children Vizt. Henry Hannah
and Clifford
from and out of your said Parish of Saint Paul Covent-
Garden , to the said Parish of Saint Leonard
and them deliver unto the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or to One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who
are hereby required to receive and provide for them
according to Law. Given under our Hands and Seals
this 15th. Day of September 1783
