Sollicitor for the above named Appellants Maketh Oath and
Saith that according to the best of this Deponents Judgement
and belief it will be material and necessary for the Appellants
at the hearing of this Appeal to produce and give in Evidence
a certain Indenture of Apprenticeship or the Counterpart
thereof whereby as this Deponent has been Informed and verity
that Blake the father of the pauper named in the order
of removal stated in this Appeal was bound to one
Robson late of the parish of Saint Martin in the fields in the
County of Middlesex and that the said Appellants cannot
safely proceed to a hearing of this Appeal without the
Production of the said Indenture of Apprenticeship or the
counterpart thereof And this Deponent further saith that he
verily believes that Thomas Blake< no role > the Son of the said

Blake hath in his Possession the said Indenture
of Apprenticeship or the Counterpart thereof he the said Thomas
Blake
< no role > having so Informed this Deponents Clerk upon an
Application to him for the same and the said Thomas
Blake
< no role > having promised this Deponents Clerk upon such
Application to him as aforesaid to send the same to this
Deponent And this Deponent further saith that the said Thomas
Blake
< no role > having omitted to send the said Indenture of Apprenticeship
or the Counterpart thereof to this Deponent [..]
