& This appeal has been adjourned two or
three times on the last of the appellents for
want of a material witness and they have
made all the waich they Possibly can to find
him, but not being able to [..] to they
give up the [..] erito of their Appeal and
murre to Confenn the order of removal
It is to be feared that the Respondents will foray Costs
upon this Occasion but a here it is observed that the
Respondents upon the two first Adjournts. were of [..] then
Costs and yt. the Pauper her has a [..] all [..] been
with the Appellants It is hoped that the Court will
not allow any Costs
