To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of
the Peace assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
hands and seals of T. Ayliffe and Edward B Greene< no role > Esquires two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the 4th. day of
January 1783 Matilda Maria Dyson< no role > an Infant aged about five
years and a half was removed and conveyed from the Parish of
Kensington in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of St.
George Hanover Square in the said County as the place of
her lawful Settlement whereby your Petitioners think themselves
aggrieved and appeal to this Court against the same

Your Petitiioners therefore humbly pray Relief
in the Premises and that a Day in this present
Session may be appointed for the hearing and
determination of the said Petition and Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
