jointly and severally make Oath and say And first this
Deponant Jane Holroydmakefor herself maketh Oath and
saith that the above named Prosecutor Indicted this
Deponant at the last General Session of the Peace holden
at Hicks Hall
in And for the said County to which Indictment
she this Deponent did at the said Session Plead and put in
Bail to Try her [..] Traverse at the [..] present Session
And this Deponent William Waylen< no role >
for himself maketh
Oath and saith that he was employed by the above named
Defendant to give Notice of Tryal in the above Cause and
enter a Venire, And this Deponent further saith that he did
on Wednesday last give a Notice of Tryal to one John
Burgess< no role >
in Order to serve on the above named Prosecutor
and at the same time informed the said John Burgess< no role >
that
the same was to be served personally on the Prosecutor
And this Deponent further saith that the said John Burgess< no role >
informed him this Deponent that he waited untill Twelve o Clock at Night
in Order serve the Prosecutor with the said Notice but could not
see him after repeated inquires at his House for that purpose
