Took into Consideration what Steps may be proper to be
taken in respect to the Warrant for levying the money within the
Parish of St. James Westminster
. Mr. Dyson vestry Clerk
of St James's
attended and produced the Warrant directed to
Mr John Font< no role >
Constable
of the said Parish and declared that
no money had been collected under the same and desiring
on behalf of the Parishoners of the same Parish that a New
Warrant might be issued and directed to Mr David Miles< no role >
one other of the Constables of the same parish
Resolved that the Warrant directed to Mr John
Font< no role >
be now cancelled and that another Warrant beforthwith
made out and directed to Mr. David Miles< no role >
according to the former
Warrant and it is recommended to Mr David Miles< no role >
to carry the
said Warrant into Execution without delay
The several Attorneys followingwhere names are hereunder mentioned attending and
being informed that at a Meeting holden on Tuesday last it appeard
that a very Considerable Sum of Money had been Collected
and being asked whether they would have a Dividend of what
money had been collected or wait until the whole sums assessed
should be collected they Unanimously consented to wait until
the whole money should be Collected
