of the Peace for the County of Middlesex acting in and for the
County of Middlesex in the Hundred of Ossulston

The several Constables to whom Warrants were directed for levy
upon every Inhabitant and dweller in their respective Constable are [..]
to and toward the Contribution to be made for the Relief of the
several Inhabitants of the said Hundred against whom the [..]
have been obtained by virtue of 1st. Geo 1st. attending proceeded [..]
Examine into what they had respectively done under their Several
Warrants when it appeared as follows vizt.

Here take in the account of moneys
attended and paid in String
the mention of St. James Parish.
