Substitute in the Militia for the said County of Middlesex , for
Thomas Treslove< no role > of the Parish of St Martin in the fields
in the said County, pursuant to a Certificate of John Pidcock< no role > Esqr.
the said County of Worcester which the said John Benson< no role >
Prays the Court to allow, and to grant an Order for the Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Martin in the fields
to make good the same to him out of the Poor's Rates of the Said Parish,
