agt. whom executing have been obtained by value
of the 1st Gra the 1st. finding that a very considble.
sums of money have been alld. and that then is ag prospect of the whole being alld. in a very short time and having alsodirect the
severaladvised with several of theseven of theattorneys concern, in the attaing thethatsaid executions
