AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn to us a certain other Writ
of Execution, issuing out of the same Court, at the Suit of JAMES SHERIDINE< no role > , tested
the fourth Day of July last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that of the Goods and
Chattles of the Men inhabiting in the Hundred of Ossulston , in his County, he cause
to be made One Hundred and eight Pounds, which to James Sheridine< no role > , in the said
Court, were lately adjudged for his Damage by him sustained, by Reason of the
unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling of divers Persons, to the Number of twelve
and more, at the Parish of Saint Luke , in the said County, and in the said Hundred of
Ossulston, and there unlawfully and with Force wholly demolishing and destroying a cer-
tain Dwelling-house of the said James, situate and being in the said Parish of Saint
Luke, in the said County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston; and by Reason of the
unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number
of twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint Luke aforesaid, in the said County, and
in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully and with Force demolishing
Part of a certain other Dwelling-house of the said James, situate and being in the Pa-
rish of Saint Luke aforesaid, in the said County, within the said Hundred of Ossulston,
whereof Leonard Phillips< no role > and Henry Capel< no role > , two of the Inhabitants of the Hundred
of Ossulston aforesaid, in the said County, were convicted, AND WHEREAS due
Proof, upon Oath, hath been made to us, that the just and necessary Expences which
the said Leonard Phillips< no role > and Henry Capel< no role > , as Inhabitants of the said Hundred of Ossulston,
have been at in defending such Action, have been taxed by the proper Officer of the said
Court at, and Amount to the sum of Thirteen Pounds eighteen Shillings and Eleven-pence.

AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn to us a certain other Writ
of Execution, issuing out of the same Court, at the Suit of FRANCIS BULLOCK< no role > and
THOMAS BULLOCK< no role > , tested the fourth Day of July last; whereby the said Sheriff
is commanded, that of the Goods and Chattles of the Men inhabiting in the Hundred
of Ossulston, in his County, he Cause to be made Two Hundred and sixteen Pounds
and ten Shillings, which to Francis Bullock< no role > and Thomas Bullock< no role > , in the said
Court, were lately adjudged for their Damage by them sustained, by Reason of the
unlawful, riotous,. and tumultuous assembling of divers Persons, to the Number of
twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint Mary, Whitechapel , in the said County, and
in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully feloniously, and with Force
wholly demolishing and destroying divers Dwelling - houses and Out - houses, that is to
say, two Dwelling - houses and two Out-houses of the said Francis and Thomas, situate
and being in the Parish of Saint Mary, Whitechapel , aforesaid, in the said County,
and in the said Hundred of Ossulston; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and
tumultuous assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number of twelve and more,
at the said Parish of Saint Mary, Whitechapel in the said County, and in the said Hun-
dred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully feloniously, and with Force demolishing Part of
divers other Dwelling-houses and Out-houses, that is to say, two other Dwelling-
houses and two other of the said Francis and Thomas, situate and being in
the Parish of Saint Mary, Whitechapel , aforesaid, in the said County, and in the said
Hundred of Ossulston, whereof Leonard Phillips< no role > and Henry Capel< no role > , two of the Inhabitants
of the Hundred of Ossulston aforesaid, in the said County, were convicted. AND
WHEREAS due proof, upon Oath, hath been made to us, that the just and necessary
Expences which the said Leonard Phillips< no role > and Henry Capel< no role > , as Inhabitants of the said
Hundred of Ossulston, have been at tin defending such Action, have been taxed by the
Proper Officer of the said Court at, and Amount to the Sum of Twelve Pounds eleven
Shillings and Nine-pence.

AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn to us a certain other Writ
of Execution, issuing out of the same Court, at the Suit of JOSEPH HODSKINSON< no role > ,
tested the fourth Day of July last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that of the
Goods and Chattles of the Men inhabiting in the Hundred of Ossulston , in his County,
he cause to be made Two Hundred and eight-six Pounds, which to Joseph Hodskinson< no role > ,
in the same Court, were lately adjudged for this Damage by him sustained, by Reason of
the unlawful, riotous , and tumultuous assembling of divers Persons. to the Number
of twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint George, Bloomsbury , in the said County, and in
the said Hundred of Ossulston , and there unlawfully, and with Force wholly demolishing

destroying, and pulling down divers Dwelling-houses and Out-houses, that is to say,
two Dwelling-houses and two Out-houses of the said Joseph, situate and being in the
Parish of Saint George, Bloomsbury , aforesaid, in the said County, and in the said Hun-
dred of Ossulston ; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling
of divers other Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, at the said Parish of Saint
George; Bloomsbury , in the said County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there
unlawfully and with Force demolishing Part of divers other Dwelling-houses and Out-
houses, that is to say, two other Dwelling-houses and two other Out-houses of the
said Joseph, situate and being in the Parish of Saint George, Bloomsbury , aforesaid, in the said
County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, whereof Leonard Phillips< no role > and Henry Capel< no role > ,
two of the Inhabitants of the Hundred of Ossulston aforesaid, in the said County, were con-
victed. AND WHEREAS due Proof, upon Oath, hath been made to us, that the just

Esquire, tested the fourth Day of July last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded,
that of the Goods and Chattles of the Men inhabiting in the Hundred of Ossulston, in
his County, he cause to be made Two Thousand and Sixty-two Pounds, which to
William Hyde< no role > , Esquire, in the same Court, were lately adjudge for his Damage by
him sustained, by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling of
divers Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint Martin in the
Fields , in the said County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully
and with Force demolishing and pulling down Part of a Dwelling-house of the said
William, situate and being at the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields aforesaid, in
the said County, within the said Hundred of Ossulston, together with divers Goods,
Chattles, and Furniture of the said William there being in his said Dwelling-house;
and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling of divers other
Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint Mary, Istington
in the said County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully and
with Force demolishing Part of another Dwelling-house of the said William, situate
and being at the Parish of Saint Mary, Istington, aforesaid, in the said County, and in
the said Hundred of Ossulston, together with divers Goods, Chattles, and Furniture of
the said William there being in his said last-mentioned Dwelling-house, whereof
Thomas Cogan< no role > , Roger Altham< no role > , John Daws< no role > , and Henry Capel< no role > , four of the Inhabitants
of the Hundred of Ossulston aforesaid, in the said County, were convicted. AND
WHEREAS due Proof, upon Oath, hath been made to us, that the just and neces-
sary Expences which the said Thomas Cogan< no role > , Roger Altham< no role > , John Daws< no role > , and Henry Capel< no role > ,
as Inhabitants of the said Hundred, have been at in defending such Action, have been
taxed by the Proper Officer of the said Court, at and Amount to the Sum of Thirty-nine
Pounds and eleven Shillings.

AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn to us a certain other Writ
of Execution, issuing out of the same Court, at the Suit of SAMUEL IRELAND,< no role >
tested the fourth Day of July last, whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that of
the Goods and Chattles of the Men inhabiting in the Hundred of Ossulston , in his
County, he cause to be made Ninety-six Pounds, which to Samuel Ireland< no role > , in the
said Court, were lately adjudged for his Damages by him sustained, by Reason
of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling of divers Persons, to the Number
of twelve and more, at the Parish of Christ Church , in the said County, and in the said
Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully, feloniously, and with Force wholly de-
molishing and destroying a Dwelling-house of the said Samuel, situate and being in
the Parish of Christ Church aforesaid, in the said County, and in the said Hundred of
Ossulston ; and by Reason of the unlawful assembling of divers other Persons, to
the Number of twelve and more, at the said Parish of Christ Church , in the said
County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully, feloniously, and
with Force demolishing Part of another Dwelling-house of the said Samuel, situate

and
