AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn unto us a certain other Writ
of Execution, issuing out of the Court of King's Bench at Westminster , at the Suit of the
Honourable JAMES TALBOT< no role > , Esquire , tested the sixth day of November last;
whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that of the Goods and Chattles of Peter Taylor< no role >
and William Pell< no role > , two of the Inhabitants of the Hundred of Ossulston, in the County, he
cause to be and Three Hundred and four Pounds, which to the Honourable James Talbot< no role > ,
Esquire, in the said Court, were late adjudged for his Damages which he had sustained, as
well by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers Persons, to the
Number of twelve and more, at Wapping, in the Hundred of Ossulston, in the said County of
Middlesex , and then and there unlawfully, feloniously and with Force wholly demolishing di-
vers Dwelling-houses and Out-houses of him the said James, situate and being at Wapping
aforesaid, in the Hundred aforesaid, in the County aforesaid; and by Reason of the un-
lawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers other Persons, to the Number of
twelve and more, at Wapping aforesaid, in the Hundred of Ossulston aforesaid, in the
County aforesaid, and then and there unlawfully, feloniously and with Force demolishing
Part of divers other Dwelling-house and Out-house of him the said James, situate and
being at Wapping aforesaid, in the Hundred of Ossulston aforesaid , and County aforesaid,
as also for his the said Jame's Costs and Charges, by him the said James about his Suit
in that Behalf expended, whereof the said Peter Taylor< no role > and William Pell< no role > were convicted,
AND WHEREAS due Proof, upon Oath, hath been made to us, that the just and ne-
cessary Expences which the said Peter Taylor< no role > and William Pell< no role > , as Inhabitants of the said
Hundred, have been at in defending such Action, have been taxed by the proper Officer
of the said Court at, and Amount to the Sum of Forty-seven Pounds Six Shillings and Three-
pence.

AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn to us a certain other Writ
of Execution, issuing out of the Court of Common Pleas at Westminster , at the Suit of JOHN
LYNCH
< no role > , tested the sixth Day of November last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded,
that of the Goods and Chattels of the Men inhabiting within the Hundred of Ossulston,
in his Bailiwick, he cause to be made Five Hundred and Seventy-five Pounds, which to
John Lynch< no role > , in the same Court, ere lately adjudged for his Damages which he had
sustained, as well by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers
Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint Luke, Old-Street , in
the County aforesaid, and within the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, and then
and there unlawfully, feloniously and with Force demolishing Part of the Dwelling-house
of him the said John, situate and being in the said Parish of Saint Luke, within the Hun-
dred aforesaid, in the County aforesaid, together with divers Goods and Chattels of the
said John; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers
other Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, in the Parish of Saint Luke aforesaid,
and within the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, and then and there unlawfully and
with Force demolishing Part of another Dwelling-house of him the said John, situate and
being in the Parish of Saint Luke aforesaid, in the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, to
gether with divers other Goods and Chattels of the said John; and by Reason of the unlawful,
riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers other Persons, to the Number of twelve and more,
in the Parish of Saint Luke aforesaid, and within the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County,
and then and there unlawfully and with Force demolishing Part another Dwelling-house
of him the said John, situate and being in the Parish of Saint Luke aforesaid, in the Hundred
aforesaid, in the said County, together with divers other Goods and Chattels of the said
John; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers other
Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, in the Parish of Saint Luke aforesaid, and
within the Hundred aforesaid, in the County, and then there unlawfully and
with Force demolishing Part of another Dwelling-house of him the said John, situate and
being in the Parish of Saint Luke aforesaid, in Hundred aforesaid, in the said County,
together with divers other Goods and Chattels of the said John; as also for his the said
John Lynch< no role > 's Cofts and Charges by him the said John about this Suit in that Behalf ex-
pended, whereof Edward Bond< no role > , late of Golen-lane, in the said Parish of Saint Luke, Old-
Street , in the said County, Esquire, and Edward Ewer< no role > , late of the same place, Tallow-
chandler , two of the Inhabitants of the Parish aforesaid, in the Hundred aforesaid, in
the said County of Middlesex , were convicted. AND WHERE AS due Proof, upon
Oath,

Oath, hath been made to us, that the just and necessary Expences which the said Edward
Bond
< no role > and Edward Ewer< no role > , a Inhabitants of the said Hundred of Ossulston , have been at
in defending such Action, have been taxed by the proper Officer of the said Court art, and
Amount to the Sum of Sixteen Pounds Fourteen Shillings and one Penny.

AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn unto us a certain other Writ
of Execution, issuing out of the same Court, at the Suit of JOHN TOURELL, tested
the sixth Day of November last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that of the Goods
and Chattels of the Men inhabiting within the Hundred of Ossulston, in his Bailiwick, he
cause to be made Five Hundred and twenty-Six Pounds, which to John Tourell< no role > , in
the said Court, were lately adjudged for his Damage which he had sustained, as well by
Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers Persons, to the Num-
ber of twelve and more, at the Parish of Christ Church, Spittalfields , in the County afore-
said, and within the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, and then and there unlaw-
fully, feloniously, and with Force demolishing Part of the Dwelling-house of him the said
John, situate and being in the said Parish of Christ Church , within the Hundred aforesaid, in
the County aforesaid, together with divers Goods and Chattels of the said John; and by Reason
of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers other Persons, to the Number
of twelve and more, in the Parish of Christ Church aforesaid, and within the Hundred
aforesaid, in the said County, and then and there unlawfuly and with Force demolishing
Part of another Dwelling-house of him the said John, situate and being in the Parish of
Christ Church aforesaid, in the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, together with divers
other Goods and Chattels of the said John; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tu-
multuous assembly od divers other Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, in the Parish of
Christ Church aforesaid, and within the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, and then and
there unlawfully and with Force demolishing Prt of another Dwelling-house of him the said
John, situate and being in the Parish of Christ Church aforesaid, in the Hundred aforesaid,
in the said County, together with divers other Goods and Chattels of the said John; and by
Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers other Persons, to
the Number of twelve and more, in the Parish of Christ Church aforesaid, and within the
Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, and then and there unlawfully and with Force
demolishing Part of another Dwelling-house of him the said John, situate and being in the
Parish of Christ church aforesaid, in the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, together
with divers other Goods and Chattels of the said John; as also for his the said John
Tourell

sixth Day of November last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that of the Goods and
Chattels of the Men inhabiting within the Hundred of ossulston, in his Bailiwick, he cuase
to be made Three Hundred and twenty-four Pounds, which to Gilbert Durry< no role > , in the
same Court, were lately adjudged for his Damages which he had sustained, as well by
Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers Person, to the
Number of twelve and more, at the Parish of Christ Church, Spittalfields , in the County
aforesaid, and within the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, and then and there un-
lawfully, feloniously, and with Fore demolishing Part of the dwelling-house of him the
said Gilbert, situate and being in the said Parish of christ Church , within the Hundred
aforesaid, in the County aforesaid, together with divers Goods and Chattels of the said
Gilbert; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers other
Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, in the Parish of Christ church aforesaid, and
within the Hundred aforesaid, in the said County, and then and there unlawfully and
with Force demolishing Part of another dwelling-house of him the said Gilbert, situate
and being in the Parish of Christ Church aforesaid, in the Hundred aforesaid, in the said
County, together with divers other Goods and Chattels of the said Gilbert; and by
Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembly of divers other Persons, to
