WHEREAS due Proof, upon Oath, hath been made to us, that the just and necessary
Expences which the said Leonard Phillips< no role > and Henry Capel< no role > , as Inhabitants of the said
Hundred of Ossulston , have been at in defending such Action, have been taxed by the
proper Officer of the said Court at, and Amount to the Sum of Ten Pounds eighteen
Shillings and Five-pence.

AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn to us a certain other Writ
of Execution, issuing out of the Same Court, at the Suit of FERDINAND SCHON-
BERG< no role > , tested the fourth Day of July last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded,
that of the Goods and Chattles of the Men inhabiting in the Hundred of Ossulaton, in
his County, he cause to be made Four Hundred and seventy-two Pounds ten Shil-
lings, which to Ferdinand Schonberg, in the said Court, were lately adjudged for his
Damages by him sustained, by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous as-
sembling of divers Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint
George, Hanover-Square , in the said County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and
there unlawfully, feloniously, and with Force wholly demolishing and destroying a
Dwelling-house of the said Ferdinand, situate and being in the Parish of Saint George,
Hanover-Square , aforesaid, in the said County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston,
together with divers Goods and Chattles of the said Ferdinand there being in his said
Dwelling-house, and wherewith the same was furnished; and by Reason of the unlaw-
full, riotous, and tumultuous assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number of twelve
and more, at the Parish of Saint George, Hanover-square , aforesaid, in the said County,
and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully, feloniously, and with Force
demolishing in Part another Dwelling-house of the said Ferdinand, situate and being
in the Parish of Saint George, Hanover-square , in the said County, within the said
Hundred of Ossulston, together with divers other Goods and Chattles of the said Fer-
dinand there being in the said last-mentioned Dwelling-house and wherewith the same
was furnished; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling
of divers other Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, at the Parish of Saint
George, Hanover-square , in the said County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and

Court, were lately adjudged for his Damages by him sustained, by Reason of the unlawful,

in the said County, within the said Hundred of Ossulston, together with divers Goods
and Chattles and Stable Utensils of the said Stephen there being in his said Stable; and
by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling of divers other Persons,
to the Number of twelve, and more, at the said Parish of Saint Giles in the said County,
and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully and with Force demolishing
and pulling down Part of a certain Out-house of the said Stephen, called a Warehouse,
situate and being in the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields aforesaid, in the said County,
within the said Hundred of Ossulston, together with divers Goods and Chattles of the said
Stephen, there being in the said Warehouse of the said Stephen; and by Reason of the
unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number
of twelve and more, at the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields , in the said
County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully and with Force
demolising and pulling down Part of another Dwelling-house of the said Stephen, situ-
ate and being in the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields aforesaid, in the said County,

ture of the said Stephen there being in the said last-mentioned Dwelling-house, whereof
