at this Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of Thomas

Witnesses having prayed to be allowed for their expences
and loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court think
reasonable It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer of this County
do forthwith pay to the said William Derwin< no role >
and Edward Johnson< no role >
Ten shillings and six pence each-
