Middlesex


At the Delivery of the King Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of
Middlesex at Justices hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of
London on Wednesday the 5th.day of December 1781.

Whereas George Townsend< no role > hath
at this Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of Thomas
Hedge
< no role > and William Derwin< no role > and Edward
Johnson
< no role > Witnesses having prayed to be allowed for their expences
and loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court think
reasonable It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer of this County
do forthwith pay to the said William Derwin< no role > and Edward Johnson< no role >
Ten shillings and six pence each-
