at this present Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of
John Riggs< no role >
and the said John Riggs< no role >

Ingram< no role >
a Witnesshaving prayed to be allowed for their
Expences and loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court
think reasonable It is there fore ordered that the Treasurer of this
County do forthwith pay to the said John Riggs< no role >
Sixteen shillings
and the said John Ingram< no role >
ten shillings & 6d.
