To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in General Session of the Peace at Hicks Hall
in the said County Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Allhallows the
great in the City of London

Sheweth


That by virtue of an Order under the hands and Seals of
J. Girdler and W: Gregson Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace in and for the County of Middlesex bearing date
the twenty seventh Day of November last Ann Gee< no role > otherwise
Ann Tyce< no role > was removed and conveyed from the Parish of
Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Allallows the great as the
place of her last Settlement whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to this
Court against the adjudication of the said two Justices
and their said Order and Pray that the benefit of
this appeal may be saved to the Petitioners and
that the hearing and determining thereof may be
Adjourned to the next General Quarter Session of
the Peace to be holden in and for the said County
