These are to certify that the Rate and Assessment for the Land Carriage of Goods
in the said County was made at the last Easter Session at three pence for every
Hundred Weight and so in Proportion for any Weight not less than a quarter
of an Hundred for every five Miles the same shall be carried by any Common
Waggoner or Carrier within the said County. Dated the tenth day May one
thousand seven hundred and eighty one.
