Whereas two Several Indicture its are deperit
and divers Controversies have arisen between William Wilkinson< no role >
of the [..] ct of Saint Catharine Labourer George Dakenkenning< no role >
of the same Labourer and Henry Gardiner< no role > of the same
Labourer of the one Part Robert Taylor< no role > of the [..] of Saint
Catherine Yeoman Thomas Wood< no role > of the Same Labourer
Joseph Winterslood< no role > indicted by the Name of Whiltlesed< no role > of the
Same Labourer William Stephen< no role > of the Same Labourer and
George Taylor< no role > of the Same Labourer of the other part

And Whereas for putting an and to the said controver
and Difference and all Matters in Difference between the said
Parties touching the said Indictments [..] er and by Virtue of
an Order of the Court of General Quarter Session of the Peace
for the County of Midalesox made the twenty fifth day of april last
by and with the Con [..] t of the Parties their Councel and Attornie [..]
were referred to the Arbitr [..] ment Judgment final End ane
Determination of Charles Eyles< no role > of Lincolns Inn Esquire And the said
William Wilkinson< no role > George Dakenenning< no role > Henry Gardiner< no role > Robert
Taylor

George Taylor< no role > have [..] erted two several Bounds obligations
bearing date on or about the eleventh day of May last past
whereby they became bound unto each other in the [..] Sum of
two hundred Pounds upon Condition to be void if they and ever
of them should staid to abide Perform and keep the award order
and final Determination of the said Charles Eyles< no role > so us the
said Award should be made in Writing and ready to be
delivered to the Parties in Difference on or before Friday the
first day of Jane then next ensuing as by the said
Obligations and conditions referrence being had there to may
appear Now be it known that I the said Charles
Eyles

and Allegations of all the said Parties do make and publish
this my award and order that all Actions such Quarrells
and Controversies whatsoever had moved a [..] and depend
between the said Parites or any of them other in Law a Equity
for any matter Cause or thing whatsoever touching the Premises she [..]
mined lately cause and be no further Prosecuted and that each
of the said Parties shall pay an bear his own Costs and Charges
