Sheweth
That by Virtue of an order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of

(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing

who is gone away and left her and her) and her Two Children Namely

aged about Six Years and

aged about Two Years
Were Removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Luke
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Pancras as the
place of their last legal Settlement
Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved by the said
Order of the said Two Justices of the Peace appeal to the
Court against the same And humbly pray Your
Worships will be pleased to Save to them the Benefit
of their said appeal until the next General Session of
the Peace to be held in and for the said County, And to
Adjourn the hearing and Determining thereof to that time
And to order the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint Luke and all persons concerned
in the premises then and there to attend to hear and abide
the Judgement and Determination of the said Court
