To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions of the peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint
John of Wapping in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of William Quarrill< no role > and John Staples< no role > Esquires two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the said County bearing
date the Eighteenth day of February last; Philip Mullins< no role > who is insane was
removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Mary
Whitechapel in the said County to the said Parish of Saint John of
Wapping as the place of the last legal Settlement of the said Philip
Mullins

Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be
Aggreived by the Adjudication of the said two
Justices and therefore humbly appeal to this Court
against the same and pray your Worships will appoint
a Day for the hearing and determining the said
Appeal

And Your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
