Middlesex


To the Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint James Westminster in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of Rich: Hassell< no role > and J Leroux Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace acting in and for the
County of Middlesex bearing Date the Eighth Day of March
last Past Mary Gunyon< no role > Singlewoman was removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of South Mims in
the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
James Westminster as the Place of her last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal
to this Court against the Adjudication of the
said two Justices and their said Order and
pray that the Benefit of their said Appeal
May be saved unto them and that the Hearing
and determining thereof may be Adjourned
unto the next General Session of the Peace
to be holden for the said County.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
