To the right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex at their Quarter Session of the Peace
assembled

The Humble Petition of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint John Southwark in
the County of Surrey

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of David Walker< no role > and Thomas Brooksbank< no role > two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex
one whereof being of the Quorum bearing date the 16th day of February
1780 George Benson< no role > was removed and Conveyed from thesaid
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County to the said
Parish of Saint John Southwark in the County of Surrey as the
place of the last legal Settlement of the said George Benson< no role >

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Order of removal of the said two Justices

Do appeal to this Court against the same
praying such relief in the premises as to this Court shall
seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray
