acting in and for the said County (one whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the fourth day of March
last directed to

in the said
County and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
in the
said County Mary Bale aged Seven Years and

deceased
by

his Wife also deceased were removed and
Conveyed from and out of Old Lincolns Inn
aforesaid
to the said Parish of St Giles in the Fields
as the Place of
the last legal Settlement of the said

whereby your Petitioners are as they conceive aggrieved
Your Petrs. therefore Humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication and
Order of the said two Justices And pray that
your Worships will please to appoint a day
in the present Session for the hearing and
determining the said Appeal
