To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex at their General
Quarter Session of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of James Fielding< no role > Esquire and Thomas
Edwards
< no role > Esquire two of this Majestys Justices of the Peace in
for the City and Liberty of Westminster in the said County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
Eighteenth Day of December one Thousand seven hundred and seventy
nine Jane Fleming< no role > Wife of Malcolm Fleming< no role > in the said
Warrant or Order to pressed if living gone from her and their Child
Michael aged four Months and two Weeks were removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint James in the said
Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate London as the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said James Fleming< no role > and her said Child Michael< no role >

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order of
Removal Do therefore humbly appeal to
this Court against the same Praying such
Relief in the Premises As to this Court shall
Seem meet

And your Petitioners shall Ever
pray Etc
