The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Dartford in the County of Rent

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of George Hubbs< no role > and W: Barrett Esqrs.
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
bearing date the sixth day of December one thousand
seven hundred and seventy nine Jane Bayles< no role > aged two
Apears and upwards was removed and conveyed from and
out of the Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster in
the said County of Middlesex to the Parish of Dartford
in the County of Rent as the place of the said Jane
Waylis< no role > 's last legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioner
conceive themselves aggrieved

Therefore humbly pray Your Worships
to appoint a Day in this present General
Quarter Session to hear and determine
their said Appeal
