It is Ordered that William Howe< no role > Have Notice of the within
Appeal and that he all persons concerned as attend this Court
on Thursday next the 24th Indt at the howe of Nine in the Forenoon
of the same day to hear and abide the Judgement and determination
of the said Court touching the said Appeal.
