Dane in the County [..] of Middlesex Maketh Oath and
Saith That he this Deponent Being Indicted
By the aforesaid John Stevens< no role > in July Session
past and Since has Settled the Same with the
above named prosecutor and he the Prosecuter
is to give this Deponent a Genrl, Realease but
the the above named prosecutor being now in
the Cuntrey at acton in the County aforesaid he this Depont Could not ubtain
the Same but is fully Convinced he will ubtain the
Same
