to form and determine on an estimate of the pence
of creating such new Bridge, to advertise for pro-
posals for performing the work to make contracts
with the several Workmen and to take every other
measure that may be necessary and requisite
for the immediate erection of such New Bridge
The said Committee to meet for the first time on
Thursday the 4th. of November next at the Severs
Inn at Chertsey at 11 o Clock in the forenoon and
afterwards to meet at and adjourn to such
him and times & place and places as to them
shall seem meet
